Hypax 450-18-100

Hypax 450-18-100 is a 100% active Oxidate Calcium Soap conveniently packed in 9kg Fibreboard cartons with internal release liners to facilitate ease of handling and processin.

The product is offered to provide formulators with maximum flexibility in the selction of diluents and additives from locally available sources.

BLENDING

Charge Hypax 450-18-100 to vessel fitted with moderate speed stirrer.
Add 20% wt. of calculated dilent solvent, heat to 120°C, commence mixing.
Reduce Temperature to 80°C while slowly adding balance of solvent.
Mix for 30 mins at 80°C after solvent has been added then filter through 100 micron screen.

When using oil diluents the total calculated quantity can be added with Hypax 450-18-100.

AVAILABILITY

Packed in 9kg net fibreboard containers with internal release
Approx. 500kg net per Pallet
