Hypax 150 A.S./1-44 %- Nano Emulsion
Hypax 150 A.S./1 -44 % is a nano emulsion derived from an
Amino salt of an Oxidised Paraffinic oil.
The product is particularly suited for the preparation of
transparent emulsions providing clear solutions in water at
concentrations ranging from 0.1 % wt. to over 90 % wt. with
corresponding colours ranging from straw to wine coloured.
Solution or colloidal stability in water is retained down
to 2 °C
The typical droplet size is 4 nm.This colloidal dimension
provides formulators with a base to produce film formers capable
of forming continuous ultra thin films.
After water evaporation the residual film will be oily and
tack free
Applications include
• Vanishing preservative oils
• Water borne lubricants for aerosol spray application
• Water based Newtonian lubricants
